Sugar Creek 1 & 4 Clubhouse Information

Located at 103 Sugar Creek Road, we have a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed clubhouse. Recent upgrades include a complete kitchen renovation with updated cabinets and countertops, updated LED lighting fixtures and ceiling, and new closet space for chair/table storage. While we are still working on many other improvements for the clubhouse, it is currently ready and available to rent. The clubhouse is perfect for meetings, parties, wedding receptions, and other social gatherings.

Clubhouse Rental Agreement

Note that the rental agreement document includes the rental policy / procedures and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Process for renting the clubhouse:

Step 1: Review the rental agreement and policy / FAQs in the document linked above.
Step 2: Check the calendar to see if the desired date(s) are available.
Step 3: Send email to Clubhouse Chair (scclubhouse@gmail.com), requesting your rental date and times.
Step 4: After confirmation of availability, complete the rental agreement at the link provided above.
Step 5: Mail or drop off completed form(s) and required checks to the Clubhouse Chair at the address listed in the rental documents.
