The affiliate membership structure has changed for 2023.
You can either join:
Sugar Creek (SC1) and Stoney Creek (SC3) pools together
or
Woody Creek (SC2) pool.
Either option is $500 for 2022 families who are renewing; $600 for all other families including those who were members in earlier years. Renewals and applications will be accepted and processed beginning in February 2023.
Please first read all the information and complete the application form carefully. Applications will be considered in the order that a complete, signed, sponsored, and paid application is received.

Requests for pool cards (first time resident requests and resident / affiliate lost card replacements) are accepted only beginning in the spring, and continuing throughout the summer.
Three HOAs and their Pool Committees manage the pools in our Sugar Creek Community:
- Sugar Creek Recreation Center (SC I / IV) – the pool is located at 103 Sugar Creek Rd – at Batesville Rd – home of the Sugar Creek Sharks swim team. This is Pool 1.
- Woody Creek Recreation Association ( SC II) – the pool is located at Sugar Creek & Woody Creek Rds – home of the Woody Creek Waves swim team. This is Pool 2.
- Stoney Creek Recreation Association (SC III) – the pool is located at 119 Stonecrest Rd – at Autumn Ln and Batesville Rds. This is Pool 3.

Pools are secured by an electronic pool gate access control system. One system controls the gates and access to our facilities.
A plastic card which you pass near to the card reader at the gate will unlock the gate during pool operating hours. If you have been an affiliate member since 2014 you already have a gate card. If not (for new affiliate members since 2014), your card will be mailed to you in about a week, after your application has been received, paid, processed, and accepted. Card distribution for each season begins about May 15. If you have lost your gate card, you may apply for a replacement.
